Alabama-South Carolina to Play Doubleheader on Friday

The Thursday matchup between Alabama and South Carolina has been postponed to Friday as part of a doubleheader at Sewell-Thomas Stadium. The teams were forced to make the change due to the threat of severe weather on Thursday evening.

The Friday schedule will begin at 1:30 p.m. CT with game two of the afternoon set to start at 6 p.m. Saturday’s 1 p.m. first pitch for the series finale will remain as scheduled.

All promotions for “Game of Thrones” Night originally scheduled on Thursday will now be moved to Friday at 4 p.m. Friday’s originally scheduled Greek/Crimson Chaos Night along with Kids’ Night at The Joe will remain for game two of the day.

Tickets for Thursday and Friday will be honored for both games. Game two of the day will recognize Friday’s ticket as originally scheduled. Fans who cannot attend the doubleheader at The Joe can catch all the action live on SEC Network.
