Andrew Bone, recruiting reporter for BamaInsider, joined "The Jay Barker Show with Lars Anderson and Kerry Adams" Monday afternoon to describe the impact of Alabama's coaching transitions on the incoming class.

"Yeah I think for the most part these guys (incoming recruits) know that you are coaching for the University of Alabama," Bone told Hosts Jay Barker and Lars Anderson. "Your an assistant coach or a coordinator at Alabama, you got a good chance to further your career. These recruits know that."

Bone continued the conversation by adding, "They know what Saban is all about, and they know what Alabama is all about. A lot of these kids in this class and the 2020 class are telling me, 'I committed to Alabama, I didn't commit to a certain coach'. At the same time blood is in the water."

What Bone meant is that other coaching staffs will be able to point at this situation and attempt to steer future recruits away. to hear Jay Barker and Lars Anderson's full conversation with Bone in the video above.
