The top-ranked high school basketball player in the country made a verbal pledge to the University of Kansas on Tuesday. Andrew Wiggins, a 6'7" small forward from West Virginia, 23.4 ppg and 11.2 rpg this past season.

Many of the recruiting analysts predicted Wiggins to Florida State while Wiggnis remained quiet during the process. Some even tweeted that Kansas coaches didn't even know where he was headed until the announcement was made.

This latest commitment gives the Jayhawks two of the top six players in the ESPN 100. That pales in comparison to the class Kentucky has put together in 2013 thanks to John Calipari reeling in five of the top nine players.
