Rarely do you get to see to professional organizations get into a friendly, but competitive trash-talking session on Twitter. For the most part, the official accounts toe the company line and avoid any controversy. We got to see the Atlanta Braves and Minnesota Twins accounts loosen up for a moment and take a couple shots at each other.

Braves won 8-3 on Monday to complete a three-game sweep over the Twins.


Kent Hrbek, a first baseman, was one of the greatest players in Minnesota's history. He was also a member of the 1987 and 1991 World Series teams, the latter of which beat the Braves in seven games. With that in mind, we present you the Twins response to the tweet above.
