Brent Beaird Weighs in on The Status of Alabama Basketball

Brent Beaird, analyst for First Coast News, joined Host of "Southern Fried Sports" Travis Reier to evaluate Alabama basketball's season thus far and look ahead to spring football practice.

"The problem with them right now is that they go by the 'french fans'," Beaird told Reier. "Who after football season, and after signing day, actually start paying attention. The thing these fans have to deal with, is frankly two things. The lack of effort, and the lack of fundamentals on this team, that frankly does nothing well."

"He could really do anything hard-nosed or tough," Beaird said. "I think textbook Saban player in a lot of ways."
