Hundreds of thousands of fans will fill Bryant-Denny Saturday for Alabama's first home game against Western Kentucky University, and the City of Tuscaloosa is preparing for the influx of visitors by expanding the operating hours of its 311 call center.

This Saturday, the call center will open at 12:30 p.m. and close at 2:30 p.m., giving citizens and visitors alike access to the call center. The hours are being extended to answer questions regarding Alabama's home games.

Tuscaloosa 311 provides assistance in non-emergency situations, helping to increase the efficiency of the city. Those who call 311 can receive general city information as well as assistance with problems and issues.
