Former Alabama and current Dallas Cowboys cornerback Trevon Diggs tore his ACL during practice on Thursday and is out for the season.

Diggs has been a crucial part of the Cowboys defense for the past four years. This season, he has recorded four solo tackles, three passes defended, and one interception for eight yards.

It was reported earlier in the afternoon that he was spotted leaving practice with crutches.

"CB Trevon Diggs left the facility on crutches. He is having an MRI on his knee, which he injured in Thursday’s practice, two people w/ knowledge of the injury said," posted Dallas Morning News' David Moore via X.
