Center Daniel Giddens had his best game of the season and the Alabama Crimson Tide needed every minute of it in yet another close home game.

Giddens played 17 minutes and finished the with 12 points, 6 rebounds and 2 blocks including one on a fast break play where he chased down a guard. Although he didn't start in the game, he made the most of the minutes on the floor, stayed out of foul trouble and was one of five players on the Crimson Tide scoring in double figures.

Another player hitting the 12 point mark was guard John Petty. He was 1-5 from the 3-point line but baskets on the inside especially late in the game helped the Crimson Tide maintain their lead over the Rams.

Both players spoke to the media after the victory to discuss each of their performance and also gives an update on Collin Sexton, who left the game with an injury but returned later in the half.
