Division III Elmira Wins on Buzzer Beater, Scores 6 Points in Final 8 Seconds

Buzzer beaters are always exciting, and you can never get enough of them. But Elmira College decided to add some extra drama to it by scoring six points in the final eight seconds.

The small D-III college was playing Endicott College in a typical collegiate basketball game, until the teams decided to keep it close in the final minutes of the match-up. Endicott led the Eagles by three with eight seconds left when Elmira knocked down a clutch three pointer to tie it up.

The rest, some would say, is history.
