With former Georgia Bulldogs quarterback Justin Fields transferring to Ohio State and being ruled eligible by the NCAA right away, many questions surrounded transfer Buckeyes quarterback Tate Martell and would he be ruled eligible as well.

Martell, now with the Miami Hurricanes, has been ruled eligible to play the 2019 season leaving many to question will we see free agency in college football and how will it change the sport?
