The University of Alabama football team put in the final preparations before tomorrow’s scrimmage with a roughly two-hour session in shells (helmets, shoulder pads, shorts) at the Thomas-Drew Practice Fields.
 
The Crimson Tide’s 14th session of the fall began at 2:30 p.m. with the team readying themselves for Saturday’s scrimmage. By the end of fall camp, the Tide will have put together 25 practices leading up the Chick-Fil-A Kickoff Game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Sept. 2 in Atlanta, Ga. Alabama will face off against Florida State in the season-opening contest with the game kicking off at 7 p.m. CT on ABC.
 
Saturday will feature the team’s second and final scrimmage of the fall with kickoff set for 1 p.m. CT at Bryant-Denny Stadium.
