Then, Alabama hired DeBoer when Saban retired, and DeBoer brought Grubb with him.

Now, Grubb may never coach a game in Tuscaloosa.

As first reported by Pro Football Talk, Grubb is being considered for the vacant OC job with the Seattle Seahawks.

He's been on the recruiting trail for Alabama, most recently in Jackson, AL. It's not known when or if Grubb will interview or even accept the job in Seattle, where he just came from.
