One of the most amazing features of Twitter is tracking instantaneous reactions to big events, which, as crazy as it sounds, was LeBron James playing the entire fourth quarter and overtime of Game 6 without his trademark headband.

It sounds silly, but this is what we do on social media. We react with extremes to even the most trivial moments. The situation was compounded when the Miami Heat began to rally from a double-digt deficit, sparking everyone to share a joke or quip about the headband or the suddenly revealed hairline.

Now we'll have to wait until Game 7 to see if LeBron continues playing without a headband.
