It was a rare scene at media days in Tampa on Saturday. If you followed the largest contingent of media and cameras, you would have wound up at the stage of Steve Sarkisian rather than Nick Saban.

The new Alabama offensive coordinator met with the media for the first time since taking over play-calling duties after Lane Kiffin's departure. His stage inside Amalie Arena was surrounded three and four deep as he discussed his new role on the Crimson Tide coaching staff.

Sarkisian answered questions for a solid hour ranging from the transition, how he will work with Jalen Hurts, other coaching jobs he considered after USC, facing the Clemson defense, and more.

Watch a portion of that appearance and hear what Sarkisian had to say in the video above.
