It's quiet around the Alabama football complex as we roll through February, but players will soon be back in the building when spring camp opens next month.

This marks the 12th spring for Nick Saban in Tuscaloosa but this year might have as many storylines as any of the previous 11. Even though the Crimson Tide won another national championship just a month ago, there has been a lot of change off the field. Saban's staff had to replace four departing assistants, which includes the offensive and defensive coordinator.

Then there's the attention that will be paid to what's happening on the field. Alabama lost another talented group of players to the NFL and many positions will be up for grabs before the 2018 season. Among those is quarterback, where it's anybody's guess as to what will happen at the position. Jalen Hurts returns for his junior season with a 25-2 career record as the starter, but he was replaced at halftime of the national championship by Tua Tagovailoa. The freshman threw for three touchdowns and orchestrated the comeback victory over the Bulldogs. So who will earn that job next season?

Former Alabama fullback Martin Houston took a look at that question as well as some of the other big storylines we'll be watching when the Tide returns to the practice field in March. Check out the video below to hear what Martin had to say during his show, 'The Blitz.'
