Miss Alabama Rolls with the Tide

Crimson Tide fans are now use to beauty queens being associated with the football program - or at least it's quarterback - and will once again. The new Miss Alabama, Chandler Champion, will sport a dress that shouts Roll Tide. Literally.

In the parade the night before the Miss America pageant, Champion plans on wearing the dress shown above.

“I really like to be trendy, but I do like to march to the beat of my own drum,” Champion told AL.com. “I don’t go with exactly what the magazines are telling you or what different stores would promote every month, I go with what I like and I rock it.”

And if you were wondering... yes, there are a matching pair of shoes.

All I can say is, Roll Tide.
