When Alabama travels to College Station, Texas this weekend, it will face one of its tougher opponents this season.

And Nick Saban knows it.

On Wednesday, the Alabama coach discussed some of the challenges the No. 9 Aggies will bring to the table when it hosts the Crimson Tide at Kyle Field on Saturday. In particular, he spoke about the trial in itself of playing on the road. (Kyle Field now seats over 102,000 people after its stadium expansion was completed before the start of the season.)

“I think the challenges of playing on the road starts with really good preparation,” Saban said. “You’ve got to have great focus in the game, so that you can have discipline to execute and when we’ve played that way, that’s when we’ve played our best.”

Alabama defeated Texas A&M, 49-42, in its last visit to Kyle Field in 2013. The Crimson Tide routed the Aggies, 59-0, at Bryant-Denny Stadium a year ago.
