The Alabama football team wrapped up its second scrimmage of the spring on Saturday, and head coach Nick Saban spoke positively about the performance.

The team was led by running back Bo Scarbourgh (111 yards rushing) and wide receiver Robert Foster (2 TDs) on offense. Linebacker Reuben Foster led the defense with nine tackles and one forced fumble.

“I think the ones on both sides of the ball played well,” added Saban. “Obviously they can do better things. We’ve got plenty to improve on, but there was better continuity and a lot of improvement. There were plays made by both sides. There was a lot better consistency and a lot better performance on both sides. Past that, I think we have a lot of guys that need to learn how to play winning football, which is really taking care of the ordinary things well.”

Alabama has one more week of spring practice remaining before the A-Day game on Saturday.
