One of the most demanding positions in the world of sports is the head coach.

While most high school coaches hold either hold responsibilities as an athletic director or a classroom teacher, head soccer coach Carter Hill coaches both the boys and girls soccer programs at Northridge High School in Tuscaloosa.

Hill mentioned the time management involved in coaching multiple teams, the process in turning Northridge soccer into a championship caliber program and the support he’s gotten from the Jaguars family.

Both the Northridge boys and girls teams will play in the AHSAA 6A semi-finals in Huntsville Friday. The girls varsity team faces Northview while the Northridge boys squad takes on Daphne.
