If Alabama can close out the top-ranked class on National Signing Day, it would mark the seventh straight year that Nick Saban has signed the No. 1 class in the 247Sports team rankings.

The Game had a chance to discuss this Alabama class with 247Sports Director of Recruiting Steve Wiltfong. The Crimson Tide already has 24 players committed or enrolled for 2017, but the program will likely add a couple more players on Wednesday.

"The one guy that you immediately point to and say he's going to be in the class, the number one player in the state, a 247Sports five-star defensive end LaBryan Ray," Wiltfong said. "He's also considering Florida and Tennessee. I would be surprised if Alabama lost that recruiting battle there."

Wiltfong also listed a handful of other blue chip players that Saban could land on Signing Day, but Alabama doesn't need a big finish with the class it already has in place. Of the 12 players that enrolled in Tuscaloosa earlier this month, seven of them are rated among the top three at their respective position.

"I think the guy that I point to right off the bat is Isaiah Buggs, the junior college transfer out of Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. Number two player in the land in our 247Sports JUCO rankings. I think he'll be an instant-impact, difference maker.

Wiltfong also believes that linebacker Dylan Moses, running back Najee Harris, and quarterback Tua Tagovailoa are also guys that could contribute early on for Alabama.

"The jewel of the class, in my opinion, the guy that could hear his name called number one in the NFL Draft down the road, if it's not Tua Tagovailoa, is Alex Leatherwood, the offensive tackle out of Pensacola, Florida."
