This has been one of the largest coaching turnovers in the Nick Saban era, but with his new hires, Saban's is bringing in younger coaches that he can develop and build with.

One benefit in these new coaches on Saban's staff is what they can offer in recruiting. Saban has not only hired coaches who can relate to recruits, but coaches who are well known on the recruiting trail from there previous programs.
