As opposed to a one-point victory in the same game just one year ago, the 2023 matchup between the Wildcats and Hornets seemed much more in favor of TCHS from the beginning.

However, Tuscaloosa County finished the regular season just 5-5 after three wins to start 2022. TCHS outscored its first three opponents 114-48. The Wildcats' margin of victory in this season's three games is at 121-75.
