The injury bug has struck the Alabama football team again.

According to reports, reserve offensive lineman Brandon Kennedy will miss the remainder of the season after suffering a broken leg in practice on Tuesday. The redshirt sophomore has played in three games this season after appearing in seven a year ago.

After avoiding many major injuries in recent years, Alabama hasn't been as fortunate this season. Linebackers Christian Miller and Terrell Lewis were lost for the season after suffering an injury in the opening game. Tight end Miller Forristall suffered an ACL injury against Colorado State which cost him his season. There have also been injuries to Rashaan Evans, Dylan Moses, Anfernee Jennings, and Da'Shawn Hand that have all cost them missed time.

Nick Saban should have an update on Kennedy's status during his Wednesday afternoon practice, which will be his last media appearance before the Arkansas game on Saturday.
