Lane Kiffin became the new head coach at Florida Atlantic this week and he's already made the decision to bring a staff member from Alabama along with him.

According to Owl Access, Kiffin hired Alabama assistant strength and conditioning coach WIlson Love to take over the lead position for the Owls. Love graduated from Alabama in December of 2013 and played his final game for the Crimson Tide in the 2014 Sugar Bowl loss to Oklahoma.

The report also says that Love traveled to Boca Raton with Kiffin for his introductory press conference on Tuesday.

Alabama will not have to rush to find a replacement for Kiffin because he'll stay with the team through the College Football Playoff as the offensive coordinator. The Crimson Tide will try to repeat as national champions for the second time in the past five years, but a semifinal matchup with Washington is up first on New Year's Eve.
