UPDATE: Shooter Surrenders to Police After 7 Hour Standoff
UPDATE: The seven-hour standoff on 20th Avenue came to a peaceful end on Thursday afternoon when the shooting suspect surrendered to police.
Victor Prentice, 66, faces capital murder charges for the deaths of Ruby Prentice, 65, and Marquise Prentice, 20, after they died from their injuries at DCH.
Police are at a home in Tuscaloosa where a man has barricaded him inside after two people were shot.
The house is located at the 5700 block of 20th Ave, and the latest reports from the scene say police have not attempted to enter the home.
According to WIAT 42, the two shooting victims were transported to DCH but their conditions are unknown at this time.
UPDATE: Authorities say a woman and her grandson were shot while the husband remains in the home.
