Want to get your Rad Dad in to win? You'll need to fill out the form below completely to be eligible, so don't skip any details. Be sure to include an awesome photo, and don't forget to tell us why you think your Dad is rad!

We'll accept submissions from 12 p.m. Friday, June 6, 2014 until 12 p.m. Monday, June 9, 2014. Make sure you've submitted your entry BEFORE noon on Monday, June 9.

After the submission period ends, the voting begins! We'll have our Rad Dads on display on our website from 8 a.m. Wednesday, June 11 to 12 p.m. Friday, June 13, 2014. Voting will be unlimited, so make sure you vote for your Rad Dad--and get your friends and family to vote, too! Get the word out on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram--you want as many votes as you can get for your Rad Dad!

The polls close at noon on Friday, June 13, 2014, and we'll announce our Rad Dad contest winners shortly afterwards. Y'all ready for this? Submit your Rad Dad entry today!
