Texas A&M head football coach Jimbo Fisher apparently did not take notes and while speaking to the Houston Touchdown Club he told supporters that his Aggies football program would take down the defending champions with our without the legendary Nick Saban at the helm.

Saban is a perfect 19-0 when it comes to taking on his former assistant coaches and when the Tide takes on the Texas A&M Aggies this weekend, Saban will have to contend with another of his former employees. In fact, Saban will face a former assistant coach in each of the next four games on the Alabama schedule.

Ranked 13th in college football, Texas A&M will be going up against the no. 2 ranked Crimson Tide this coming Saturday in Tuscaloosa.

On Thursday afternoon, the NCAA announced that Texas A&M football would be placed on probation for one year. According to the NCAA Committee on Infractions, the violations took place sometime between January 2018 and February 2019.
