Take A First Look At Trent Richardson As An Indianapolis Colt

"Browns trade Trent Richardson to Colts for first-round pick!" When the announcement was made last night, the news traveled like wildfire across the country in a matter of minutes.

Things apparently move fast in the world of professional football because the Indianapolis Colts Twitter feed has been alive today with the first pictures of Trent as a Colt.

The former Bama standout and Heisman trophy finalist was selected third overall in the 2012 NFL Draft by the Cleveland Browns, after they traded picks with the Minnesota Vikings to select him ahead of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He became the first Browns rookie to rush for over 100 yards and score rushing and receiving touchdowns all in the same game.

The trade came as a shock to Browns fans but for Bama fans who follow former players in the NFL, the trade came as somewhat of a relief. Rather than see Trent struggle with a team ranked 31 out of 32 teams in week three, his talent now has a better chance to thrive with a team ranked 15th.
