The SEC announced its 2015 preseason All-SEC Baseball Team on Thursday and two Alabama players claimed a spot on this year's list: junior second baseman Kyle Overstreet and sophomore relief pitcher Thomas Burrows.

Overstreet finished tied with South Carolina's Max Schrock for first team second baseman. Last season, Overstreet turned 45 double, which was seventh best in the conference. He finished his sophomore campaign with a .988 fielding percentage after committing just four errors.

Overstreet was also a key contributor at bat for the Tide batting .278 with 30 RBIs and four homeruns. He has started 123 games in his college career, which includes 60 starts last season.

Burrows finished tied with Arkansas' Jacob Stone for second team relief pitcher on the preseason All-SEC baseball team. As a freshman, Burrows recorded a 4-2 record in 24 relief appearances. He concluded the season with a 2.15 ERA with 34 strikeouts. He was named a Collegiate Baseball Freshman All-American, a NCBWA Freshman All-American, and was named to the SEC All-Freshman Team. Burrows was recently named to the NCBWA Stopper of the Year Award watch list.
