Two Former Alabama Players Named NFL’s Top Running Backs
Former Alabama running backs Josh Jacobs and Derrick Henry have been named to ESPN's Top NFL running backs list.
Jacobs comes in at No. 3 and Henry ranks at No. 5.
Last season, Jacobs won the NFL Rushing Title after recording 340 rush attempts for 1,653 yards and 12 touchdowns. He was drafted as the No. 24 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft by the Raiders and has been a starter for the team from the get-go.
Henry recorded 349 rushing attempts for 1,538 yards and 13 touchdowns for the Tennessee Titans last season. Henry was drafted as the No. 45 overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft by the Titans and has stayed with the team the entirety of his career.
