Alabama football is using fall camp to fill a number of positions before the season opener, but the front seven of the defense appears to be the most wide-open.

The Crimson Tide lost five starters out of his front seven, which included linebackers Reuben Foster, Ryan Anderson, and Tim Williams. The next wave of talented players have an opportunity to step up in 2017, and that includes linebacker Keith Holcombe. The redshirt junior has spent the majority of his first two season on special teams, but he could see that role increase.

Holcombe, who plays two sports at Alabama, underwent labrum surgery after spring practice and missed the remainder of the Crimson Tide's baseball season. He says he's healthy and ready to go for the fall and hopes to contribute in whatever way he can to help Alabama win another national championship.

We spent a couple minutes with him at media day on Saturday and talked to him about the upcoming season. Listen to what he had to say in the video above.
