Alabama junior Calvin Ridley met with the media this week to discuss the season opener against Florida State.

The wide receiver caught seven passes for 82 yards and a long touchdown, and might have added a lot more to that total if not for a Seminoles' pass interference call as he was running past the defense. When asked about the performance of the offense, Ridley had mixed feelings.

"I feel like we didn't play how we should, but I think we looked pretty good," Ridley said.

The junior echoed his head coach's statements that the team needs to execute better offensively moving forward.

"From the receivers to the running backs to the line, we just need to execute our plays better. We had some plays out there that we could have scored on."

Listen to everything Ridley told the media this week as Alabama gets ready to face Fresno State on Saturday.
