Every since freshman quarterback Tua Tagovailoa joined the Alabama Crimson Tide, he's been getting high praise from high places. That praise has increased after his performance in the national championship game and saw his success from miles away.

The Elite 11 is a competition held Beaverton, Oregon for the top high school quarterbacks in the nation where both Tua and Jalen Hurts competed in. Super Bowl winning quarterback for the Baltimore Ravens Trent Dilfer is the head coach of the competition and worked with both Alabama QBs.

Dilfer joined The Game with Ryan Fowler talks about coaching Tua Tagovailoa at the Elite 11, his quick development, his love for Jalen Hurts, and is he surprised at Tua’s growth at Alabama.

For more of Dilfer's comments on Tagovailoa, make sure you watch the video above the article. Don't miss The Game with Ryan Fowler weekday afternoons from 2-6 p.m.
