Alabama's Amari Cooper is working towards cementing his spot as the top wide receiver in the 2015 NFL Draft with his performance in the NFL Combine this weekend.

On Saturday morning, the Heisman finalist ran his 40-yard dash in front of scouts and coaches. Even though he probably hoped to run a bit faster, Cooper's time was still among the best at his position. His two runs were timed at 4.42 and 4.43, but one teammate has seen him run faster.

Cooper will finish his workouts and interviews at the NFL Combine before having another chance to improve his time at Alabama's Pro Day. That date hasn't been set yet but will likely be in early March.

Here's what 4.42 looks like.
