The Las Vegas Main Event moves to the semifinals on Monday night and Alabama basketball will play the second game of the evening from the MGM Grand.

The Crimson Tide (2-1) will play Valparaiso (3-1) at 11 PM with the opportunity to face the winner of the Saint Louis-BYU game on Wednesday. The semifinals won't be televised but fans can watch using the live stream on YouTube.

Alabama is a 2.5-point favorite in tonight's matchup against the defending regular season Horizon League champs. Valpo won 30 games last year but fell in the conference tournament and missed out on the NCAA Tournament. The Crusaders would eventually advance to the NIT Finals at Madison Square Garden before losing to George Washington, 76-60.

The Crimson Tide rebounded from a five-point loss to Dayton last week by shooting better than 50% from behind the arc in a 77-59 win over Ball State.
