Who’s taking on Who? SEC Slate of games for week 2?

It's week 2 in the SEC. Most teams had good first showings, but there is still a lot to work on. Here are the week 2 matchups in the SEC.

Nevada at Vanderbilt- 11:00 AM (CST)

Vanderbilt easily handled Middle Tennessee last weekend. However a new challenge faces the Commodores this week. They take on a Nevada offense that won 72-19 over Portland State. Are the Commodores prepared for Nevada?

Ole Miss shocked many last week with their win over Texas Tech last week. The Rebels are now turning some heads in the SEC. With a tune-up game before Alabama, Ole Miss looks to prepare for the Tide.

Tennessee last week was the only team in the SEC not to win last week. While any opening loss derails momentum for the season, it's not a deal-breaker. The Vols look to rebound and tune-up against East Tennessee State.

Wyoming at Missouri- 6:00 PM (CST)

Missouri opened up the season with a win over UT Martin. But now they face a Wyoming team looking to rebound after a loss to Washington State. Can Missouri's dynamic offense handle the Cowboys?

Arkansas at Colorado State- 6:30 PM (CST)

Chad Morris's debut for the Razorbacks was a success, easily handling EIU. Now the Razorbacks go on the road to take on a struggling Colorado State. Will Colorado State shock the Razorbacks? Or will it be business as usual for Arkansas?

Kentucky at #25 Florida- 6:30 PM (CST)

Kentucky and Florida. While not recognized as a rivalry in the SEC, it should be with Florida's win streak. Florida has bested Kentucky 31 times! But Kentucky wants to desperately break that streak. It all goes down in The Swamp, Saturday night.

#3 Georgia at #24 South Carolina- 2:30 PM (CST)

A big SEC Matchup in week 2 of the season. Georgia easily handled Austin Peay last week. South Carolina took care of business against Coastal Carolina. Both want a win early in this SEC Season, but the question remains: Who will prevail in Williams-Brice Stadium?

#18 Mississippi State at Kansas State- 11:00 AM (CST)

Mississippi State looked like they hadn't missed a step after the departure of Dan Mullen. And that was without Nick Fitzgerald, who was suspended.  With Kansas State barely getting by South Dakota, Miss St looks to tune up against the Wildcats.

Southeastern Louisiana vs #11 LSU- 6:00 PM (CST)

LSU shocked the nation when they easily took care of Miami last week. Now the Tigers prepare for the Auburn in 2 weeks. Early preparations begin this week, taking on Southeastern Louisiana.

Alabama State at #7 Auburn- 6:30 PM (CST)

Auburn came away last week in Atlanta with a hard fought win over Washington. Even though the Tigers have the hornets of Alabama State this week, they will have their eyes on LSU. Auburn tunes-up this week, with all eyes on next weekend.

A huge matchup for the Aggies this weekend, as the Clemson Tigers come to town. Jimbo Fisher faces his first huge test in the SEC, and in an ironic twist of fate, he faces a challenge from his old conference the ACC. Can Fisher and A&M pull off the upset?
