Alabama football added another weapon to its passing attack for 2016 when Bowling Green graduate transfer Gehrig Dieter decided to play for the Crimson Tide in 2016.

One of the nation's top wide receivers in 2015, Dieter caught 94 passes for 1,033 yards and 10 touchdowns for the nation's 6th-best scoring offense.

Dieter joined The Game on Wednesday - his birthday - to talk some more about his recent visit to Tuscaloosa and what went into his decision to transfer to Alabama.

"I know what I have to do to live out my dream and I think going to Alabama is the best thing," Dieter said.

The receiver will have the chance to play for one of the best offensive coordinators in college football, Lane Kiffin, who has thrived under Nick Saban the past two seasons.

"I don't know any receiver that wouldn't want to be part of his system," Dieter said.

The Alabama wide receiver group should be a big strength for the offense in 2016 as Dieter joins Calvin Ridley, ArDarius Stewart, Robert Foster, and O.J. Howard.
