Whether it was Colin Cowherd saying Alabama players were dropping in the first round because they enter the league beat up and topped out or the yearly narrative that Crimson Tide players become NFL busts, the hot takes aren't too difficult to find around this time of the year.

It didn't impact the outcome of the NFL Draft last week. Alabama tied a school record with four first round picks and produced nine of the first 80 players taken overall. That continues an impressive run by Nick Saban the past eight years.

With the topic at the forefront this week, Aaron Suttles spent some time on his show discussing the criticism that gets lobbed Alabama's way and questions why it continues. Listen to the segment from The Suttles Approach in the video above.
