The NFL offseason is in full swing! Players negotiating contracts, trades being processed, and the inevitable business of releasing players to become cap-compliant are always exciting among NFL circles.

While NFL free agency, and the new league year, technically begin at 4:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, March 13, the NFL has a 'legal tampering period' where free agents can discuss contract details with other teams. That period starts on Monday, March 11, at noon ET. Moves will typically be announced as they happen on Monday, although they cannot become official until Wednesday.

A handful of Crimson Tide players have already been involved in offseason moves. Jerry Jeudy was traded from the Denver Broncos to the Cleveland Browns, Mac Jones was traded from the New England Patriots to the Jacksonville Jaguars, and Bradley Bozeman was released by the Carolina Panthers.

Tide 100.9 will keep track of all the moves involving former Crimson Tide champions. Some big names are set to find new homes in 2024, most notably, Derrick Henry and Josh Jacobs. Both backs have rushed for 1,000 yards or more multiple times, with Henry being one of eight running backs in NFL history with a 2,000-yard season. Where will these Crimson Tide standouts land?
