Talladega Superspeedway to Debut Signature Hot Dog
Race fans attending the upcoming April 29 - May 1 race weekend at Talladega will be the first to sink their teeth into the track’s new signature hot dog, Talla-Mento Dogwich!
The Talla-Mento Dogwich is a grilled, all beef Hot Dog split into two and placed on top of melted Yancey’s Fancy buffalo cheddar cheese, topped with a generous helping of Pimiento Cheese, placed in between two slices of golden grilled Texas toast and cut down the middle.
Talladega is cutting no corners on this dish, using Yancey’s Fancy New York’s Artisan signature spicy buffalo cheese and cheddar cheese to drive home that perfect flavor for fans’ taste buds. Yancey’s Fancy has specialized in hand crafted cheeses for long over sixty plus years, with a reputation for producing high quality products.
Talladega Superspeedway Chairman Grant Lynch said,
