The Crimson Tide was back at work on Wednesday preparing for its second scrimmage of the spring and the media got about 15 minutes to watch practice.

During the viewing period, we watched the defensive backs, linebackers, wide receivers, and the quarterbacks all run through drills on a perfect afternoon in Tuscaloosa. You can see the highlights in the video above to get an inside look at one of Nick Saban's practices.
