Watch the College Football Hall of Fame Announcement Live

The College Football Hall of Fame inductees for 2014 will be announced today from Irving, Texas, where former Alabama linebacker Derrick Thomas is expected to be among those selected. 

75 players and six coaches were listed on the ballot this year. The announcement of this year's class will include the 14 players and two coaches that received the most votes.

When the Thomas selection becomes official, he'll become the 19th Crimson Tide player to earn the prestigious honor and the 24th representative from Alabama all-time.
