The University of Alabama is in the middle of its Fall Break while the Crimson Tide football team is enjoying its first bye week of the season.

As you can imagine, many students are leaving town and enjoying some time off before the final push of the semester.

But that's not the case for Alabama running back Derrick Henry. The 6'3", 242-pound junior is still hitting the gym hard. Check out this video he posted to his Instagram account on Wednesday.

It's this work ethic that has led to Henry's success on the football field. He currently ranks fifth in the nation with 1,044 yards rushing and third in the country with 14 rushing touchdowns. Those stats both rank second in the SEC behind Heisman favorite Leonard Fournette.

Alabama and LSU will take the field next Saturday for one of the biggest games of the season and those two running backs will be on center stage.
